Book Babes!

So, this is one of my favorite things we do as staff ladies! Every summer we do a book club called "Book Babes". Of course you don't have to do it, but it's super fun! We read one book each month, May-August. Our fearless leaders, Nancy and Shirley, choose our book selections - we read fiction, non-fiction, biographies, whatever. Then each month we meet in one of our homes to discuss that month's book. These pictures are from our "reveal" luncheon where we found out what the books would be. Of course it's not a party without a cake! The shades and hats are just in honor of summer...and because we like to be crazy!

We've already discussed our book for May, A Constant Heart, and we're starting on next month's book, Catching Fireflies.
