WE'RE DEBT FREE!!!

So, we just paid our last payment on my school loan! AAAAHHHH!!! Can you tell we're a little excited? We just got home from our trip to D.C (pictures to come) and saw that our tax refund had been deposited, so we clicked a few buttons and "poof"...the loan is gone! Hmmm...what will we do with all our extra cash? Yeah, 3-6 months emergency fund here we come! :-) In all seriousness, we are so thankful - the Lord clearly has wanted us out of debt - I can't tell you how many times he gave us random extra bits of money, from the dentist basically paying Jason to come, to a random check last year from our escrow account, to generous gifts from our parents, to selling our car, to a 1st time home-buyer tax credit that was RIDICULOUS! I told Jason today, "I wonder what the Lord is preparing us for?" He's got something up His sleeve b/c He sure wanted us out of debt fast! We've been keeping a running tally on our fridge, and Jason topped off the list with this very fitting verse - so we still have one debt we'll never pay off..."Let no debt remain outstanding except the continuing debt to love one another." ~Romans 13:8
